From coast to coast, the top amateur baseball programs in the country will battle it out for one title: The Best of the Best. Over 100+ teams will enter...only 16 will survive the qualifiers and advance to the National Final in Okotoks, Alberta.
What is “Best of the Best”?
Best of the Best is Baseball Canada’s ultimate showcase of talent, competition, and championship spirit. The event brings together the strongest programs from every province in a season-long journey culminating in the National Final at Seaman Stadium, home of the Okotoks Dawgs.
The Journey – How It Works
1 - REGIONAL QUALIFIERS
Teams compete within their leagues and regions to earn a spot in the Provincial Qualifier.
2 - NATIONAL QUALIFIERS
The top teams from each province advance to the Final Qualifier.
3 - THE NATIONAL STAGE
The 16 Finalists face off at the Best of the Best National Final in Okotoks, July 15–19, 2026.
4 - CROWNING OF A CHAMPION
One team will raise the trophy and earn the title Best of the Best.
